This is an Oxford Diecast Low Loader in mint condition ( see photo ), ther box is also mint. , This is in the popular London Brick Company livery .More new tooling brings the Scammell Highwayman, which was Scammell's 4 x 2 motive unit. The vehicle took on the Highwayman name after Scammell was absorbed into the Leyland Group in the 1950s. Power steering was introduced to the vehicle in 1961. The Oxford replica is based on the version that Scammell produced between 1961 and 1968, which featured a fibreglass cab with wraparound windscreen. This model recreates the vehicle used extensively by LBC, whose transport tales of hauling behemoth loads are legendary. The tooling also enables the release of the model as a ballast tractor and wrecker in the not too distant future.
